Counsel to a select clientele on complex cross-border matters — and the advisory and holding group that owns and actively manages its own companies and investments across Europe and beyond.
Rabi Global is built around its advisory and holding companies in the United Kingdom and Cyprus. They advise a select group of companies, founders, and private clients on complex international matters — corporate structuring, governance, taxation, and financial operations — and they own and actively manage the group's subsidiaries and investments across several markets. The group is not a passive investor: it takes an active role in directing the companies it holds and the capital it deploys.
The group operates through teams in the UK and Cyprus, a substantial base in Madeira and Lisbon spanning real estate, advisory, and Portuguese development subsidiaries, financial activity in Geneva, operations in Milan, and collaborations in the Gulf and Israel. Legal, financial, and strategic expertise sit within a single structure, so that decisions are assessed within one integrated framework rather than passed between firms.
Our work regularly involves coordination with leading international law firms, accounting networks, financial institutions, and Big Four professionals across multiple jurisdictions. Many of our client relationships have been maintained over many years — a measure of the trust placed in the group's judgement and discretion.
The group brings significant capabilities and a proven track record across the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Israel, and Portugal — spanning advisory and financial services, cross-border taxation, fintech, and real estate development.
International experience across financial services, fintech, and digital assets — regulatory positioning, licensing, and compliance, drawn from a decade advising companies in the digital-assets sector.
International tax planning and corporate structuring for businesses and private clients operating across jurisdictions — efficient, compliant, and built to endure.
Real estate development, investment, consulting, and brokerage — developing large-scale residential projects in Portugal through shareholdings in property companies, with over eight years in the market.
Fiduciary and corporate services for privately held structures and holdings — the careful stewardship of companies, assets, and long-term interests across jurisdictions.
Long-term strategic counsel and executive coordination for international companies and complex cross-border structures — engaged on the matters that determine direction, not the day-to-day.
Supporting companies as they enter new markets and build international operations — and advancing the group's own activities and holdings — drawing on extensive cross-border experience and relationships.
Corporate structuring, governance planning, and jurisdictional coordination for international activities and affiliated companies, designed around the realities of operating across borders.
Financial structuring, institutional coordination, and the oversight of cross-border financial activities — with particular depth in financial-services and payment infrastructure.
Strategic involvement in technology ventures, financial infrastructure, and emerging sectors — including fintech, AI, and medtech, where the firm contributes capital and counsel.
Fiduciary and corporate services for privately held structures — the holding, administration, and stewardship of companies and assets on a long-term basis.
Oversight of the group's privately held structures, affiliated companies, and principal investments — long-term interests held and managed with the group's own capital.
Real estate is a core activity of the group. Through shareholdings in property and investment companies, we develop large-scale residential projects in Portugal and work across development, investment, consulting, and brokerage — with over eight years in the market.
Our standards are built on transparency and quality at every stage, from acquisition through development and sale.

A lawyer admitted to the Israel Bar Association, David was the founding partner of a Tel Aviv law firm from 2010 to 2023, which he built into an internationally focused practice — representing banks, financial institutions, high-growth founders, and private clients on cross-border taxation, financial services, fintech, and complex corporate transactions, including a decade advising companies in the digital-assets sector.
That experience is the foundation of Rabi Global. Today his focus is the group's strategic direction, its international operations, and its investments and real estate activities in Portugal.
